Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Skin Clinic does require 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment or client will be charged 50% of the service booked. If client arrives to appointment 15 minutes or later or does not show up the client will be charged the No Show fee of 50% of the service booked.
